Terms of Service

Last updated August 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Pagemint API, dashboard, and this website. By creating an account or sending a request to the API, you agree to them.

The service

Pagemint renders documents — PDFs, primarily — from templates and data you provide, either through the API directly or through the no-code dashboard. We aim for identical output on every render of the same template and data; where that fails, see "Service level" below.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your API keys and for all activity under your account, including anything a team member or integration does with a key you issued. Rotate a key immediately if you believe it's been exposed — the dashboard lets you revoke one without downtime by issuing a replacement first.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pagemint to:

  • Render content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to reproduce.
  • Attempt to access another account's data or templates.
  • Circumvent plan limits through multiple accounts created to evade billing.
  • Send template HTML designed to attack the rendering sandbox itself.

We may suspend an account for a clear violation, with notice where practical.

Fees and billing

Plans include a monthly page allowance and a per-thousand-page overage rate beyond it. Overage is billed in arrears at your plan's stated rate — renders keep working past your allowance rather than failing, and you're notified by email at 80% of it. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate refunds for a partial month.

Service level

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the render API, measured against successful responses to valid requests. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the status page and excluded from that calculation. This is an operating target, not a contractual credit, unless you have a separate agreement that says otherwise.

Your content

You retain all rights to the templates and data you submit. You grant us only the license needed to process a render and return it to you — nothing broader, and nothing that survives the render's TTL.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; your data is deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. We can terminate for a material breach of these terms, including the acceptable-use section above, with notice where the breach isn't a security emergency.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify account holders by email of a material change before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
